Щоб створити зведену таблицю, яка відображає дані за останні 4 тижні (тобто постійні 4 тижні), ви можете додати допоміжний стовпець до вихідних даних, щоб позначити записи за останні 4 тижні, а потім скористатися допоміжним стовпцем для фільтрування даних зведену таблицю. У наведеному прикладі поточною датою є 25 серпня 2019 року, а в зведеній таблиці показано 4 повних попередніх. Коли з часом додаються нові дані, зведена таблиця продовжить відстежувати попередні 4 тижні, виходячи з поточної дати.

Поля

У показаній зведеній таблиці у вихідних даних є чотири поля: Дата, Продажі, Тиждень та Фільтр. Фільтр - це допоміжний стовпець із формулою, що позначає останні 4 тижні. Тиждень - допоміжний стовпець, який повертає понеділок за будь-яку дату (лише для зручності). Продажі - це значення, а Тиждень додано як поле Рядок для групування за тижнями:

Формула, використана в D5 (тиждень), скопійована вниз, така:

=B5-WEEKDAY(B5,3)

Ця формула повертає понеділок тижня для будь-якої заданої дати.

Формула, використана в E5 (Фільтр), скопійована вниз, така:

=AND(B5>=TODAY()-WEEKDAY(TODAY(),3)-28,B5

This formula checks for dates in the last n weeks. It returns TRUE when a date is in the last 4 complete weeks, and FALSE if not. See the link for a full explanation.

Customizing week count

To customize the weeks displayed, adjust the Filter formula as needed to increase or decrease days. For example, to display the last 6 weeks (42 days), use:



=AND(B5>=TODAY()-WEEKDAY(TODAY(),3)-42,B5

Steps

  1. Add helper column for Week with the formula above
  2. Add helper column for Filter with the formula above
  3. Create a pivot table
  4. Add Sales as a Value field
  5. Add Week as a Row field
  6. Set number formatting for Week as desired
  7. Add helper column as a Filter, filter on TRUE
